1. Cancellation
You can cancel an order from My Orders until it is shipped. Any amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
2. Returns
Products that are damaged or not as described can be returned from My Orders within the return window shown on the order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
3. Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method; for cash on delivery orders we contact you for your bank details. Refunds are usually completed within 7-10 business days after the return is received.
4. Warranty
Apple products carry the manufacturer's warranty; warranty service is provided by Apple and its authorised service providers.
